The Board of Directors of Tresco Inc. is pleased to announce Sylvia Washington as our new President and CEO after 16 years of loyalty and professional growth with our company.

“It’s very exciting to accept this offer and continue our fundamental work from within and to maintain our culture as well as exceed service-quality expectations throughout New Mexico,” said Washington. “I feel I bring an extensive amount of knowledge and practice to the position and am eager to continue our confident momentum through the new year.”

Washington began her career with Tresco Inc. as a Family Services Coordinator with the TOTS department in 2006. She steadily advanced within the company by consistently exceeding expectations before her promotion to Chief Operating Officer in 2018.

Her extensive leadership experience and requisite skills, in association with her positive and collaborative reputation in our community, positioned her to be the ideal candidate for this elevation. We are pleased that she has accepted and look forward to seeing her step into her new role in our organization.
