Did you know that in the State of New Mexico, Tresco has the only state use contracts in southwest and south central New Mexico?  Our efforts in these parts of  New Mexico are due to our NMDOT Highways Rest Area Maintenance contracts where we service the rest areas at  Butterfield North of Deming on highway to Silver City, and the Gage and Yucca rest areas between Deming and Lordsburg on I10 and the Lordsburg rest area. Additionally we have a small contract in Quemado east of Socorro on the way to Arizona at the New Mexico State Police office located in Quemado. 

The good news, TrescoWorks has been awarded the State Police office in Deming for the new fiscal year.  We will have an employee cleaning this office and providing support to our DPS state police. It is a busy office given the proximity to I10 and the border and allows us to expand our efforts to add jobs to these communities in western New Mexico for individuals with disabilities. It also continues our growth with the Department of Public Safety. TrescoWorks now has contracts at the state police offices in Las Cruces, Roswell, Carlsbad, Hobbs, Socorro, Quemado and now Deming. DPS has a presence in the Ports of Entry we service at Santa Teresa, Anthony, Oro Grande, Carlsbad and Hobbs. DPS has shown a commitment to our mission and Deming is the latest, but let’s hope not the last, contract with DPS in the state.
