Jacob Clark Rigales attended Tresco’s Work Bound Program in cooperation with Las Cruces Public School District, the hands on 10-week training program at our Custodial Contract at White Sands Missile Range, this spring.  The program started March 28, 2023 and wrapped up on June 1, 2023.  Jacob was presented with a Certification of Completion.   As he progressed through the program, he made improvements in his attention to detail, learning and mastering janitorial tasks, and building positive relationships and interactions with supervisors and co-workers.

We are proud to announce that after completing the Work Bound Program, Jacob has applied for a position with Tresco.  He has completed the interview process and was hired as a Custodian at Tresco’s White Sands Missile Range Custodial Contract.  We look forward to Jacob joining our Tresco Team and we are happy to see him continue to grow and apply the skills learned during his time in Tresco’s Work Bound Program.
