Melissa Wells, Assistant Director of Tresco Works

Last Fall welcomed Melissa Wells, Assistant Director at Tresco Works.  Melissa brings over 17 years’ experience in project management, human resources, talent acquisition, and leadership roles.  Melissa previously served as a Talent Acquisition Consultant and Leader at Wells Fargo. Melissa has exceptional interpersonal skills, adeptness in collaborating effectively with individuals and promoting diversity, resourcefulness and strong leadership capabilities, including stellar verbal and written communication skills. In her role as the Tresco Works Assistant Director, she is working with the team to create and maintain a productive and efficient work environment, providing oversight to meet management objectives while supporting the growth and mission of Tresco Works throughout New Mexico.

Throughout here time with the Tresco Works team her hard work, dedication, and exceptional performance is deserving of this promotion. Analisa has the skills, knowledge, and leadership abilities to excel in this new role.
