TrescoWorks recently began a new practice of awarding a championship belt as a prize to the Rest Areas as part of an ongoing competition to see who can win the Rest Area of the Month. The competition began in October of 2022, with Yucca Rest Area being the first rest area to win the championship belt, and Walking Sands Rest Area being awarded the Most Improved Rest Area. In November, it was Butterfield Rest Area taking home the championship belt, and Lordsburg Rest Area was the most improved.

TrescoWorks is incredibly proud and inspired by the dedication and hard work being done to keep the rest areas clean for the traveling public.
