Each year the Society for Human Resources of New Mexico (SHRM of NM) hosts an annual conference to explore the statewide changes of Human Resources Management, share tips of the trade and connect HR leaders together across the state. This years theme was Learn – Connect – Grow: The Evolution of HR. Tresco Human Resources team members, Tiffany Romero, Director of Human Resources, and Toya Hutchinson, Human Resources Supervisor, attended the conference held in Albuquerque. This year the conference broke a record welcoming 510 attendees; congratulation SHRM of NM on this achievement!
